Job Description

  • Responsible for engaging with Power System CS&Q team to align on priorities for continuous improvement projects, define improvement opportunities, and drive the execution of improvement initiatives
  • Responsbile for leading continuous improvement events to re-engineer business processes to reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change
  • Responsbile for execution of process improvement through the end and monitor to ensure the changes are robust and sustainable
  • Collaborate with customer experience team to identify critical touch points to improve and work with digital corporate team to automate the processes
  • Rationalize tools and process for reporting, analytics and optimization tools
  • Increase levels of automation in reporting and analytics, and pivot to real time analytics where appropriate
  • Drive change management of customer first culture through CI events and share best practices
  • Coach CS&Q and other team members on continuous improvement skills

  • Bachelor s in Mechanical /Production/Industrial/Electrical Engineering preferably with MBA
  • 5 Years+ on job experience in lean, continuous improvement
  • Robust experience in leading Kaizen/CI events using lean tools (Business Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Visual Management, etc) with cross functional teams
  • Lean Master Certified/Six Sigma Green Belt at minimum
  • A fluent and highly articulate communicator both in verbal and written
  • Cross Functions Team working skills due to Matrix Organization reporting
