Job Description

  • Project Role :Tester
  • Project Role Description :Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests Monitor application logs to determine system behavior Address all technical issues b: Facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments c: Strong Hands-on experience on Performance testing concepts, process and strategy
      • Technical Experience : a: At least 4 years of experience in Perf Testing b: Have good knowledge in Jmeter and Loadrunner c: Manage Data Discovery, Profiling, Subset, Mask, synthetic data generation
      • Professional Attributes : a: Good communication and interpersonal skills b: Strong writing skills and stakeholder management c: Excellent problem-solving skills and mitigate technical issues
      • Educational Qualification : 15 yrs of Full-time education
    • Additional Information : Regular shifts
