Job Description

REMOTE AE (Front Desk) Support Fire & Security Post-sales What you will doThe primary responsibility for this role is to Co-own business index & scope improvement in coordination with Delivery Manager and Engineering Manager. Front desk to liaison between India CoE and UKI stakeholders for completeness of Inputs and deliverables per scope.How you will do it

  1. Should have domain knowledge of Fire & Security System engineering.
  2. Should have global customer facing experience min 8-10 years.
  3. Primarily responsible for leading the UK Post Sales accounts projects.
  4. Maintain high quality, on time delivery and handle customer communication efficiently.
  5. Inputs reviews, planning and coordinate with DM, EM and UK Stakeholders for delivery activities.
  6. Accountable to increase the workflow (process and quality). Ensure sales secured targets are met. Ensure sufficient volumes for backend team. Min 80% utilization month-on-month.
  7. Monitor queue challenge reassign rejected works back to Costa Rica/India CoE
  8. Arrange and manage large bid process,/Arrange kick-off calls for projects, whether large or complicated in nature
  9. Deal with incoming escalations or shifts in priorities and liaising with design/sales
  10. Ensures that the proposed engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation.
  11. Ensures compliance with QMS procedures. Identify possible improvement opportunities and manage their implementation.
What we look for
  • BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Communication).
  • 8-10 years experience in Fire & security system design is mandatory.
  • Fire code & Security domain knowledge mandatory
  • NFPA Certification, BS5839 Certifications & Security System product certifications will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
