We are looking for a smart and dynamic expert to join our Cloud Application Services team in SAP. Candidate is expected to be technical hands-on, with strong leadership skills. The candidate is expected to participate in customer discussions, help with positioning of services, help with customer escalations, help with solution and proposal development skills, along with excellent presentation and customer handling skills.Purpose and Objectives:Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) maximizes the success of customers with their SAP solutions in managed, private, and public cloud area. Cloud Application Services is part of the ECS organization and helps customers to accelerate their Innovation adoption, delivering the flexibility to adapt to business changes, rapidly implement technologies and standardize and optimize operations of SAP centric solutions. The SAP CAS organization is focusing on managed service delivery across the SAP product portfolio for applications, managed security, and testing.The Cloud Application Services unit is responsible for running SAPs applications that helps our customers with their business transformation and business continuity.Expectation & TasksCandidate is expected to perform following tasks as part of the role:Deep dive expertise in functional topicSupport customers Intelligent Enterprise transformation by acting as trusted application and functional service delivery adviserEscalation point for application / functional issuesUnderstand customer business, goals and challenges & suggest continuous improvement (CI) solutions and innovationIdentify and help position ECS portfolio services to customers via other stakeholders/teams within SAPDevelop integrated service plans for deployment of CAS ServicesAttend customer on-site meetings for ECS application and functional service delivery customer kick off, governance and workshops as required.Focus on Customer Satisfaction with delivery improvementsService Escalation Management - focused on application and functional Delivery and related Service PerformanceProvide inputs for application and functional improvements & Innovation RoadmapIdentify optimization potential on customer accountsPrompt in identification and highlighting risks to senior management with mitigation and remediation planOccasional need to work on weekends or Non-business times based on criticalityDrive S/4 HANA adoption and consulting projects for premium customersDemonstrates Thought Leadership in areas of New technology, Automation and Industry trends.Qualification, Skills & Experience:B.Com /M. Com/CA/ ICWA degree from a well reputed instituteTotal Experience of 12+ Years including Industry and SAP experienceDomain Experience in Finance & Accounting function of around 4+ YearsExperience of 8+ years in SAP FICO with minimum 1 Implementation experienceCertified in SAP S/4 HANA Finance moduleMust have excellent knowledge in AP, AR, Asset accounting, Bank accounting areasHas exposure to and knowledge on basic Controlling which includes Cost center accounting, Profit center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis.Has good working knowledge on integration with all modules or functional areas like Success factors - HR, Ariba Procurement, Lead to cash - Sales & logistics execution, Design to Produce Mfg. & planningLeading customer workshops for the Finance implementation - Fit Gap Sessions & Realization and support assignmentsExperience with third Party management/ Integration with 3rd party toolsFamiliarity with F & A business processes and best practices, especially in Finance, Closing, Customer & Supplier accounts, Bank integrations, Asset accounting, Credit & Collections ManagementWorked for Global Customers across different industriesMust be able to translate client business needs to technical business requirementsSelf-driven and dedicated to continuous learningGood analytical and solution-oriented thinkingStrong interpersonal & Team collaboration skills to work effectively in international and virtual teamsExcellent verbal & written communication skillsProficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)PreferableITIL Certification.Experience with customers in Manufacturing, CPG industries,
