Job Description

    TresVista is looking to hire an Associate in the Human Resource Department who will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. TresVistas support functions include business plan development, all aspects of fund administration, portfolio management, valuation & research, and deal sourcing & execution. With offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, New York & Singapore, managing over $10 trillion in AUM, across geographies & asset classes and over 1,000 clients, TresVista delivers cost & operational efficiencies with dedicated teams across functions. Responsibilities Assumed: - Designing & reviewing Compensation & Benefits strategies for the organization- Managing the Compensation & Review cycle for all employees that would include processing promotions, increments & variable pay- Implementing annual compensation review cycle across the organization- Defining Cost to the company (CTC) structure by discussing with the Management- Staying abreast with market trends in relation with compensation patterns and suggesting implementation of the same in the organisation- Discussing offers and compensation with candidates- Budgeting, study of market trends and survey reports, review, roll out of promotions and progression, managing long term bonus relating to employees- Designing and reviewing of rewards strategy, consult with HR partners and business stakeholders to develop and implement reward initiatives- Developing incentive programmes in line with business requirements, management and administration of employee benefit- Assisting in building employee retention initiatives- Driving performance appraisal processes including confirmations and promotions- Coordinating and facilitating the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for head of departments and giving presentations Skills Required: - Commitment and ownership- Strong analytical ability- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, and critical thinking- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Attention to detail- Good time management and multi-tasking skills- Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookEducation and Work Experience:- Graduate in any discipline with 2-5 years of any experience- MBA in Human Resources (preferable) Compensation - Commensurate with industry standardsThis job opening was posted long time back.
