Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Candidate would be leading a team of Dialer Admins managing multiple Contact Centres (pan India) Mentors the team (DRs - Dialer Admins) continuously to bring them up the performance curve continually Responsible for governing the daily setup & monitoring of multi-centre dialing campaigns & strategies Responsible for ID governance (creation recon deletion management) Co-ordination with IT & other support teams to highlight & resolve technical/ process level issues with associated softwares/applications Monitor & suggest efficient methodologies in telecom utilization across multiple Contact Centres Track Contact Centre level (& data - agent) utilization Govern all Dialer hygiene parameters including but not limited to Idle Abandon Connectivity Publish campaign efficiency reports to product/business teams to aid/enhance campaigning strategies , * Experience and Expertise Knowledge Graduation Experience Minimum of 6-7 years of active Dialer management in a Contact Centre o Experience to mandatorily include a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role Contact Centre technology orientation Exposure to Dialer operations including know-how on various Dialer modes, Dialer capability from a front-end standpoint and How-to of Dialer campaigning & churn strategies to achieve higher productivity & customer satisfaction Skills Experience on CISCO (& Genesys) preferred
