Responsible for the day to day interpretation, application, and communication of business practices and processes across multiple Human Resources activities. Provides support for HR Business Partners and acts as the primary liaison between the HR Service Center and the HR Centers of Excellence (COE). Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and the accurate and timely completion of personnel actions in the HR Information System (HRIS). Serves as an escalation point for employee questions and HR policy interpretation. May instruct, mentor or monitor the work of the HR Service Center staff. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a similar business field. Requires at least two years of experience that includes a combination of customer service and functional Human Resources experience. Requirements:
