This position will be based in Pune and will be in Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (SCM Services). The principle role of this position is to support Electrical-EMEA Business in Supply Planning activities. This position is required the incumbent to work in EMEA shifts.1.Working Knowledge of ERP system SAP & running BW queries in SAP 2. Prepare various Dashboards for SCM, Materials Management, Inventory & SIOP. 3. Advance MS office & Advance Excel knowledge is required 4. Should have strong exposure on material planning/buying, supplier interface and dealing with sales executive. 5. Participate in calls and meetings to understand the consensus action plan to align supply action with supplier on immediate basis per demand requirement 6. Support process transitions with Transition SPOC and Program Managers. Improve/Reduce transition errors7.Solve data challenges, data consistency issues, act as one point of contact for BI/reporting team for any data related query8.Support design, build and deploy BI solutions and manage and improve existing BI systemsQualificationsDesired Qualification & ExperienceBachelor with 2 to 4 years of experience or MBA with 1 to 3 years of experience in one or more functional area (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Materials Management, quality or Logistics).Experience in reporting & analytics is mustExperience and knowledge with any major ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, QAD, MFG Pro).Expert in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Power BI).Good communication skillsWe make what matters work.
