Purpose Custodian of the customers- voice. Enables organization to focus on Premium segment. Manage brands in the segment through their lifecycle. Ensure that establishing the brand as the most preferred in the TG defined through differentiated product definition and Positioning. Ensure a good mix of strategic and tactical business approach. Has to liaison with R&D and sales and be equally adept at both while handling a team of motivated brand managers below him/her.
