a) Requirements: Ability to plan, manage and co - ordinate multiple engagements with customer to support Sales & marketing activity. Identify market requirements of automotive Analog & Power applications on the basis of market analysis and projects with our key customers.Translate these into creative, technically and commercially convincing business funnel, and later to actual revenue. 5 - 10 years of experience in sales & markeitng of Analog ,Power or mixed signal products. Good Analog & Power knowledge is a MUST and past FAE AE background is a PLUS. Automotive background OR Mcrocontroller knowledge experience would be an added advantage. Good English, Hindi and local language communication and negotiation skills are expected. Financial understanding & PC based IT skills. Track record of delivery. Tenacious , results oriented & energetic team player.

(b) Responsibilities: Develop deep and trusted relationships with the customers, partners so the company can positively contribute to the customer s technology roadmap development. Identify new competition sockets for Analog, Power & mixed signal and aspire to convert them to BWIN. Focus more on cross - sell , winning combinations sockets to generate faster revenue. Develop working relationship with channel partners personnel to ensure clarity of requirements and to provide support in resolving issues. At times, channel partners are Extended Arms for extensive promotion & support activities. Monitor & maintain accurate forecasts that provide visibility of the progression of opportunities at the customer side. Work very losely with all internal individuals and teams to leverage the depth of expertise to support the customer & secure profitable business . Develop and maintain advanced knowledge and understanding of the commercial and technical developments within the technology industry and be an expert in your markets segment. Closely monitoring competition penetration at key accounts.
