JOB SUMMARY Responsible to create medium & long term optimal, cost-effective & scalable network capacity plans for Mobility network and provide innovative solutions for managing capacity requirements. Manage global MMX and mobility network capacities by establishing processes and review mechanisms for bandwidth inventory, utilization reports, periodic audits & optimizations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders for continuous improvements in working processes for enhanced productivity with the objective to ensure timely availability of network capacity for meeting customers & network requirements in a most optimized manner, and meeting business demands seamlessly with compliance to processes and guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain & monitor Mobility & MMX capacity. Monitoring, analyzing, tuning and implementing necessary changes in capacity. He/She should be able to plan the capacities using NFV. Identify future network requirements on the basis of traffic forecasts, past trends, and utilization reports Engage with product & engineering team for Network strategy & development discussions, finalization of plans & budgets. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. This position is required to pursue the projects under the Mobility domain. REQUIREMENT BE /B Tech in Electronics and Telecommunications or equivalent. 4+ years experience of working on Telecom technologies like MMX, Mobility, MPLS, NFV Strong data analytics and or statistical experience. Proficient with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Power BI. Applied knowledge of using analytical skills to resolve problems, changes or analyzing data Working knowledge of Database Access, SQL, Oracle and should have scripting knowledge. Self-motivated, plan her/his work efficiently, set priorities for one-self. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent knowledge of spoken and written English. Experience leading projects and initiatives is a must.,
