- Lead renter operations for all the cities in Pune Hub- Manage the entire ground team to drive the best possible customer experience- Ensure all necessary metrics are driven in the best possible way & suggest improvements continuously- Identify gaps in operational performance in co-ordination with the central operations team- Define processes for improving the operational efficiency- Responsible for hiring and managing blue collared employees for running operations- Responsible for planning and monitoring execution of processesWe are looking for someone who is very strong on team management, data & process improvement. Someone who has the hunger to scale our ground operations in the region and ensure best customer experience is achieved via all necessary efforts!Background expected :- 1-3 years of experience is similar operations set up, preferably e-commerce- Solid team management skills, especially ground team who are blue/grey collared- Well versed with data (Excel, SQL, Tableau experience would be beneficial)- Someone who is process oriented and quickly identify gaps and fix them- Someone who is extremely driven to ensure that the customer experience provided is top notch,
