Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities: o Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs o Designing e-learning courses Offline Learning material workshops and more o Evaluate individual and Business development needs o Implement various learning methods o Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities o Training Delivery in TAMIL TELEGU KANNADA & MALAYALAM (ANY OF THE THREE MADATORY) o Taking care for Alternate Channel training for business teams (end to end journey coordination) o Employee delivery training Training Need Identification o Gaining deep understanding of business s short & long-term objectives challenges product portfolio customer s profile and other nuances to provide tailored learning interventions for capability development. o Ensuring and measuring the impact of training and its relevance to participants. Measuring the final business impact of training. o Scheduling & having conversations with stake holders from business COE and Product at frequent intervals to understand business nuances. Content Design & Delivery o Create learning designs for multiple forms of learning interventions ranging from classroom VILT to self-paced learning. Co-ordinate with business teams to ensure content is delivered as scheduled - Provide relevant periodic status updates to the head of each team aligned to the project to ensure consistency and update effectiveness of programs. , * a) Qualifications Graduation/Post-Graduation b) Work Experience Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales/Training Should have technological depth and fitment to culture Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations Knowledge of latest technologies Sound understanding of business processes
