Collaborates with LOBs to conduct programs based on nominations/request. Deliver assigned training programs end to end, using prescribed methodology Ensuring best in class learner experience for TTT programs: Creating environment conducive to learning and catering to different learners Maintaining delivery matrix targets Batch Throughput/Coverage/Number of certified communication trainers/Master trainers in a LOB Conducting Trainer Audits and ensuring master trainer audit targets in TTT are met Conducting Master trainer calibration to ensuring MTs are calibrated on COF & feedback/coaching Driving COF & feedback/coaching standardization through calibrations with Consulting Manager Ensuring training delivery standardization in TTTs Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications and enhancements to training programs. Maintaining training curriculum /reports/dashboards of the monthly activities assigned. Roles & Responsibilities: Plans, designs, develops, delivers and consults on various training projects and instructional programs, using instructor-led, train-the trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats. Lead and deliver consulting engagements including client expectation management, quality control and delivery assurance, issue management, client insight and value capture, work planning and execution, and effective client communications Researches and studies advancements in learning management systems (LMS), educational technologies, and instructional design methods; evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures. Provides and/or assists with consulting in all aspects related to training for organization-wide initiatives and projects; participates in the design, development and implementation of training programs of a broad organizational scope. Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training Design and developing content for various programs for external/internal stakeholders Qualifications: GRADUATION is MANDATORY Bachelor s degree in English, Education or Human Resources (Training/ID emphasis) is preferable but not mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years training delivery and/or content development experience.,
