Job Description

.

This position will forge partnerships across the People Experience function to deliver value - added service to management and clanmates that reflects the organisational goals and partner towards making Blazeclan a great place to work! All About you:
  • You will provide responsive, high - quality support for a broad range of people experience inquiries from clanmates and managers via multiple channels (e. g., e - mail, phone, and Helpdesk).
  • Partner/collaborate with People Experience team members to resolve a wide variety of ad - hoc people matters with ownership and follow through until resolved.
  • Educate clanmates of services available to them and encourage self - service tools and other systems.
  • You will be handling the payroll process, leave and attendance management, maintaining current personal files and databases, creating letters, the exit process of the clanmates and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the HRMS tool with employee details, HR knowledgebase to ensure it is up to date with the latest policy, process and systems changes to provide clanmates with the most accurate response as possible
  • You will be involved in the onboarding and training process for new clanmates.
  • You will also get the opportunity to be involved in other HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).
  • 1 - 3 years of HR Generalist experience in an IT company.
  • University degree in HR from a reputed institute.
  • Ability to handle routine tasks and operational issues.
  • You are proactive and not afraid of taking initiative.
  • You are very collaborative but can work autonomously and don t need anyone to hold your hand.
  • You re able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast - paced environment with changing demands.
  • We are not looking for a robot you are a people s person and you re not afraid to be yourself.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English.
