Job Description

Implementation Analyst/Tech LeadResponsibilities

  • Install and Configure the Applications
  • Scoping and Solution Mapping
  • Drive and build the solution implementation team
  • Scope requirements and configure solutions using proprietary software tools to meet the variois needs of Fiservs clients during the on boarding phase
  • Validate large data sets to identify errors and inconsistencies
  • Handle complex, time-sensitive requests during client onboarding and coordinate with stakeholders from Development / testing team
  • Strategize with development teams to improve our client on boarding experience, shorten delivery time frames, and develop repeatable, scalable processes
  • Work on a dynamic and fast paced team, applying your analytical and problem-solving skills for maximum impact across the organization and industry
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team
  • Manage assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources
  • Take Client engagement through lifecycle
  • Solution mapping to the requirements of customer based on Scope
  • Inspect changes before customer performs user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate with customer to resolve issues.
  • Handle customer request priorities.
  • Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company applications user community.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Experience using CICS screens preferred
  • Proven history of proficient Excel use
  • Dynamic problem solving skills, and an innate sense of curiosity
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience and Skills
  • Knowledge of credit card domain
  • Experience with configuration and testing for new clients
  • Project management skills
