Job DescriptionDescription of vacancy :A) Title : Shift Incharge/Team Leader - Outbound Logistics.B) Position : Assistant Manager / Dy.Manager.C) Work Areas : Outbound Logistics - AS + PS.D) Requirement Date On Job : 01.10.2021. (Ref. mail from HR to release Mr.Rajat Dasarwar by 1.11.21.Considering 30 days handover and overlap for smooth transition).E) 1) Handling Outbound Logistics (Storage, Shipment, Billing and Transportation) process for AS and PS (WSS) BUs. Domestic + Exports.2) Work allocation and operations control of outbound team including third party services - contract labour.3) Operations control of external trading warehouse - PS (WSS).4) Packaging development/modifications for finished goods.5) POE/SAP P99 platform - process knowledge of SD (Sales & Distribution) Module + trouble shooting.6) Target achievement - department KPI s.7) Participate in RPP activities/projects.8) Compliance to ILC (Internal Legal Controls).9) Freight and LSP (Services) Bill Checking and processing.10) Tracking and ensuring On Time Deliveries. Handling premium/expedited shipments.F) Work experience - Min.3 Years in similar capacity/role.G) Qualification - B.E. (Mechanical Engg / other stream)H) Skill Sets :Leadership - should have handled similar role/responsibilities.Domain knowledge - Physical Logistics.ERP Proficiency - Domain Knowledge/Key User - SAP R3 P99 / POE.,
