  1. Must have a very good knowledge of costings of Aluminum & ferrous casting components
  2. Must have a very good knowledge of manufacturing processes for Pressure die casting, Gravity die casting, Investment casting, machining process & tool selection criteria
  3. Must have a very good knowledge of surface treatment processes such as painting, powder coating, plating etc.
  4. Must have adequate experience of development of castings commodity components like cylinder head, cylinder block, wheel hubs, crankcases etc.
  5. Must have good exposure to APQP Product Development Processes
  6. Must have good knowledge on material grades available and suitability for application
  7. Must have good exposure to Supplier Evaluation tools
Person Profile:
  1. Must be able to work well in a Team & have experience of working in CFTs. Demonstrate inter-personal skills to manage internal and external stake holders.
  2. Must have good Linguistic Skills in English. Any local or foreign languages will be a plus.
  3. Persuasive, positive outlook & negotiation skills
Educational Qualification:Diploma/BE in Mechanical EngineeringExperience:Diploma with 6 ~ 8 years, B.E. with 4 ~ 6 yearsCritical Skills Sets (If any)
  1. Must have good knowledge & understanding of casting process, machine tonnage selection & machining processes
  2. Ability to handle inherent quality aspects of casting process, deploying checks and process control, lead consensus of stake holders
