JD:At least 2 years Experience in REST API Automation Testing using Rest Assured toolWork as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of thedevelopment process from requirements definition through to deliveryDesigning, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teamsContributing toward predictable delivery of quality releasesResearch, recommend and implement tools as needed with the goal of increasing automationMentor team members on automation.Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementinginnovative solutions to solve themBe meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test resultsSkills Required:analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibilityParticipate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews and retrospectivesexecute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)Detect and track software defects and inconsistenciesProvide support and documentationExtensive knowledge in testing API, Mobile, and Responsive web applications(Web Services)Familiarity with Agile processes and tools such as Scrum and JIRAExperience querying database to test data-centric featuresMobile testing framework design and knowledge, Mobile testing experience (iOS, Android, Web).Experience in Native App and Hybrid app Mobile automatoin testing.Experience with the Selenium- Web driver, Appium and other UI testing frameworks.Experience with Microservices is a must.Experience in TestNG , Maven frameworks.Hands-on experience in reporting frameworks such as extends reports ,Strong knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in an SDET role.Understanding of the modern web application including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web services and relevant areas.Familiar with Git, Jenkins CI frameworks, ability to dive in and build test front end, back end test frameworksGood problem solving and analytical skillsExperience with Java script & Java script based mobile testing such as Protractor and Frameworks such as Jasmine & mocha.Experience with Calabash and Cloud integrations.,
