Responsibilities● Leader, mentor, and one who exhibits thought leadership with a team consisting of QA Engineers(both Manual & Automation)● Hands-on involvement in day-to-day/ Sprint-by-Sprint /Release-by-Release product deliverablesand planning● Collaborate with all the stakeholders with efficient coordination and clear communications● Build and maintain relationship with Internal and external stakeholders● Build and present the engineering business cases backed by data and facts (for ex: trendingdefects analysis, defect-prevention techniques followed, etc)● Develop full-scale test strategies, plans, and associated communications documents● Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely andclear fashion● Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriaterecruitments if necessary during project cycle● Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders● Open to learn from each other in the team and each experience day-to-dayRequirements● Experience leading the team (over 10 members) and managing the deliverables on testing andmaintaining Web Applications is a MUST● MUST be hands-on to play a crucial part in automating the test scenarios covering all themodules/functionalities of the product● Hands-on experience in contributing to building the CI/CD pipeline with QA automationframework & processes incorporated● Hands-on / Familiar with Java or Python, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Maven, Allure, BDD,Cucumber, RDBMS, AWS Services● Experience driving the team using the TDD model. Ability to drive the involvement of the QAteam at a very early stage of each enhancement for the product evolution.● Leader, mentor, and one who exhibits thought leadership with a team consisting of QA Engineers(both Manual & Automation)● Key Traits required: Technically sound, Leadership, Effective Communication, Key Sense ofUrgency, Problem Solving, Accountability, Collaboration, and Data-driven● Experience with API testing, Load/Performance testing, Cross browser testing, ETL Testing● Experience building defects analysis reports and analytics for the team members, stakeholders,and leadership team to make informed decisions.
