  • 3+ years experience in public cloud-based (especially AWS) infrastructure design
  • Design, implement and maintain all AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment
  • Design, Deploy and maintain enterprise class security, network and systems management applications within an AWS environment
  • Implement process and quality improvements through task automation. Institute infrastructure as code, security automation and automation of routine maintenance tasks
  • Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3, Route 53VPC, Security Groups, Console), Amazon Cloudwatch, Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift, AWS Lambda, Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), Amazon API Gateway, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CloudTrail
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Kinesis, AWS Lambda, Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS), Amazon Cloudwatch, Amzon RDS, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Route 53, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Developer Tools (CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, Code PipeLine, X-Ray), AWS CloudFormation, AWS CloudTrail, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Glue, alongwith core AWS services (EC2, EBS, S3, VPC, Security Groups, Console)
  • Strong knowledge with Micro Services, API Gateways and application integration development and design
  • Lead development team in designing AWS cloud-based solutions
  • Work with distributed teams to design and develop frameworks, solution accelerators, proofs of concept, and external customer facing products
  • Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, No SQL)
  • Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux) and networking fundamentals and server hardware
  • APM, Monitoring and Tracing experience (DataDog, Sentry, Prometheus, New Relic, DynaTrace
  • Familiar with DevOps environments / Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes will be added advantage)
  • Experience of cloud security best practices
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Terraform)
  • Good to know any one scripting language such as Shell scripting (or) Python
Qualifications and Skills
  • Mandatory: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
