Branch ManagerBranch ManagerReporting to: Area Business ManagerLocation: PenJob Roles and Responsibility:The incumbent would be responsible for leading, motivating and driving a team Sales and Service resources and be responsible for the P & L of the Branch. The major Job Responsibilities would be:Enhancement of Deposit pool from existing set of customers. Work with the team to profile, target and source new customer base for the branch. Maintain and enhance standards of delivery or service. Be responsible for over all branch administration. Maintain a balance between a mix of sales and service and delivery on targets.
