Job Description

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following roles & responsibilities:

  • Experience in establishing Requirement Management Standard process with multiple SDLC methodologies like waterfall, agile, iterative development
  • Analysing client requirement, undertake gap analysis and define solutions to meet them (workshops, specifications)
  • Supporting the development and testing teams during the project lifecycle
  • Oversight of the change-management process (data conversion, user training, integration)
  • Own and execute configurations in line with business requirements
  • Implementation and reconciliation support to business users and stakeholders
  • Experience in domains like Retail/Corporate Lending and Leasing, Mortgages, etc
  • Knowledge of loan/lease originations, credit, pricing, loan servicing, collections and accounting with expertise in at least one of the areas
  • Candidates with hands-on lending / leasing industry experience are strongly preferred.
  • BA Lending experience is Mandatory
  • Experience of requirement gathering, solution, design and implementation of any leasing or lending product ( LoanPath, Finnone, Finacle , InfoLease, Odessa, LeaseWave, FLEXCUBE, etc.)
  • Ability to understand and provide solutions for data migration and integration
  • Good working knowledge of SQL (queries)
  • Fundamental understanding of database design concepts
  • Total experience 3-7 years with Customer facing skills and stakeholder management experience are key attributes of the role.
