Business Analyst, CEE EnablementPosting Location : Location IN-PunePosting date 4 days ago(9/9/2021 4:05 AM)Job ID 88663 Workday ID R-013280 Job summary The Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) Enablement team is looking for a Business Analyst with project coordination experience to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you ll report directly to the Role Readiness team within CEE Enablement and be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities related to supporting our numerous programs and projects that empower our stakeholders and associates. Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring success metrics and ensuring business data and reporting needs are met for said programs and projects, stakeholder management, supporting project planning, change management, and communication. Primary job responsibilities

  • Lead requirements and success definition and analysis for CEE programs and projects, ensuring requirements are complete, concise, comprehensible, and traceable
  • Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to elicit, capture, and prioritize business requirements
  • Document operational and reporting capabilities, in terms of processes, standards, responsibilities, and infrastructure taking future needs into consideration
  • Analyze organizational risks, gaps, and opportunities
  • Identify, document, and prioritize business objectives
  • Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to elicit, capture, and prioritize business requirements
  • Partner with process analysts to assist with identifying new, or changes to existing, processes, policies, or operational reporting capabilities
  • Assist change management efforts with planning and success measuring
Required skills
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis and a passion for business process
  • Solid business acumen; familiarity with success planning and forecasting processes with experience documenting requirements
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating work with global, culturally diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolutions skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing requirements and demands and advocate for positive change
  • Solid technical and business communication skills, including building presentations
  • Reporting capabilities using Tableau, Google Sheets, or other similar tools
  • Business Analyst or Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Degree in business administration, computer information systems, or a related discipline is a plus
