Job Description

Location: Pirangut, Pune Business Analyst for FICO for Finance stakeholders as well as internal staff Main Responsibilities:

  1. For Sales and Marketing stakeholders as well as internal staff
  2. Recommend the most adequate technologies to support Finance staff (i.e. collaboration tools) needs
  3. Support the homogenization / rollout strategy for the related technology across the Group
  4. Define and maintain solutions Use Cases, Technical Specifications and Test Cases
  5. Identify business requirements and shape them into Use Cases, Technical Specifications and Test Cases
  6. Manage the development and testing of the related solutions
  7. Manage the transition to of related solutions to support team members
  8. Act as thought leader for the Sales and Marketing staff solutions within the businesses and strategic programs
  9. Act as liaison between the business units, IT, and third-party support consultants
  10. Ensure user satisfaction and be customer service focused
  11. Promote communication across teams and entities
  12. Develop and review design specifications for software applications
  13. If designated, lead and manage a functional team
  14. Perform configuration assignments as well as coach and mentor other team members
  15. Analyze and resolve software errors in a timely and accurate fashion
  16. Develop and maintain software to support the business processes
  17. Create and maintain documentation for code and/or configuration throughout the system development lifecycle
  18. Train end users on established programs
  19. Provide on-call support and problem resolution for software applications
  20. Act as catalyst to implement strategic and tactical change for the business
  21. Work with end-user groups closely to assist with aligning IT technology with the departments business goals
  22. Conduct feasibility studies to define the purpose, functions, and overall structure of business processes
  23. Perform analysis and document business processes leading to process change and/or system implementation
  24. Assist in developing system/application architecture
  25. Lead and validate enterprise system designs across multiple business applications.
Projects, changes, studies and consulting:
  • Involved in projects and business changes to lead implementation of required business needs. May also give consulting in study or pre-study phases, to typically analyses needs and provide high level choices. May include :
  • Estimate effort required for own work, and checking other team member estimates. Responsible for management of own time
  • Coordinate deliverable of IT solution and be accountable for the work delivered.
  • Accountable for compliance with agreed IT policies, standards and procedures
  • Control and monitor the work of external resources assisting us in the specific functional domain
  • Conducting key user training and support transitions
Required Candidate profileCritical Skills and Personal Attributes:SAP modules: ECC 6.0 SD
  1. Expert in SAP Pricing Engine
  2. Very good skills on SD FI integration & Integrated flows with MM & FICO
  3. Expert in SD-LE
  4. Serialize Number management in SD
  5. CS (Customer Service) is a plus
  6. Experience in Trading Scenarios is a plus
  7. Experience in Machine spares part management specially inter company. Machine sales inter company. Integration with PS.

  10. Billing & Invoicing
