    • Need to have good understanding of business functionalities and processes
    • Need to have excellent analytical abilities and communication skills
    • Should be able to do Analysis, Planning and Monitoring of business requirements
    • Should be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for deciding approach, solution and implementation of the Business Requirements
    • Should be able to interact with business owners for understanding and documenting business requirements in detail
    • Should be able to define risk, issues, and dependencies in the implementation of business requirements and identify mitigation/acceptance plans
    • Should support business users for providing functional support for UAT
    • Should have experience in writing User stories and Use cases
    • Good understanding of Finance and Accounting is preferred
    • Good to have exposure to AGILE Framework
    • Candidate should have >5 years experience in this work area and candidates with Engineering degree preferred
