We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to be Finance business partner with Sales Management & Marketing for South Asian market (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal & Bhutan). We expect the candidate to have solid experiences in Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Finance. This position will report to the Cluster Finance Business Controller. This is a permanent position and will be based at Chakan,Pune Location . What You Will Do As Business Controller you will be responsible for Interpret financial information (costs, prices, expenses, and revenues) and make recommendations to senior management Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, mix, margin) at a detailed level (eg. Product, Customer) and drive or recommend corrective actions Support Key Accounts in commercial negotiations and financing solutions Perform Business case follow up (actual vs. initial assumptions, benefit realization) on investments and other business cases Support the annual financial planning and forecasting process for the respective function, also by using economic indicators (eg exchange rates, inflation etc.) Actively driveparticipate various Forums and provide valuable financial insights to enable good business decision Coach, advise or train stakeholders on financial concepts and tools to enable self service Ensure policies and guidelines related to own scope are followed and report noncompliant issues to senior management.
