Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. Lead and promote our sales engine for IBM software sales and other related services. Being the face of the company , needs to have dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and forging strong relationships with clients.

Location: Pune , India

Experience: 2-5 years

Educational Qualification: MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent degree.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Sales , Strategy Planning , Business Management , Key Account Management.
  • Experience in Product Sales , IT sales or Software Sales.
  • Hands on experience of providing enterprise solutions to vertical domains like BFSI , IT/ ITES , Manufacturing , Automotive , Telecom.
  • Expertise in creating and identifying opportunities , introducing , evaluating and recommending solutions to the upper level decision makers and seizing control of critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments
  • Excellent interpersonal , communication and organizational skills with proven abilities in achieving organizational goals and objectives
  • Good Track record of consistently achieving Sales Target , building dynamic sales team , identifying high-yielding software products and services , during the career span
  • Candidate should possess good communication skills , pleasant personality and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Ability to understand the CXO level business psychology and philosophy.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales , revenue , invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
