Job Description

    We are looking for a resilient and empathetic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to opt for added products/services. Keeping a close eye on clients feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.Roles and Responsibilities
    • Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
    • Procuring new clients through direct contact, calling and meeting in person, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Sales leader.
    • Attending networking activities and using social media to research and connect with prospective clients.
    • Tie ups with builders, adding connectors, business partners for lead generation.
    • Focus on self-sourced business leads covering Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Construction Finance, Business Loans or any other financial products.
    • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
    Requirements and Skills
    • 2 years relevant experience in the finance industry.
    • Any graduate or Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to identify potential leads
    • Ability to communicate with managers
    • Create company intro and pitch for service or product
    • Sales negotiation skills
    • Continuous follow-ups with new and existing clients
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
    • Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning
    • Age not exceeding 30 years.
