We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for the development of high- quality portfolio of activities and accommodation products in the assigned territory.
Role descriptions:
We expect you to have a strong understanding of the travel industry and specifically Muslim pilgrimage (Umrah and Hajj). Duties and responsibilities
Develop and maintain a high- quality sales funnel with all B2B agents in the region assigned, by being in constant touch with partners.
Getting new B2B agents onboard, managing their on- boarding to account management journey
Increasing the market share of Umrahme in the assigned territory making Umrahme the most trusted used platform by partners.
Achieving revenue based targets for the business to be generated by the B2B partners on a monthly basis.
Cultivate relationships with partners to help maximize their sales potential on our distribution platform.
Identify market trends and provide market & competitor analyses to optimize supply business strategies
Helping formulate an effective business development strategy. Requirements and qualifications
Well versed with sales related tools and practices, targeted field meetings Tele calling Emailers to potential and existing partners.
Well versed with sales process documents like Daily sales report, weekly update, proposal building, monthly reporting presentation etc.
Other requirements:
Strong commercial sense as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills
A start-up attitude highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that s not afraid to work independently when required
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Between 2-5 years work experience within the travel industry specifically Muslim pilgrimage (Umrah and Haj) is an added advantage. High familiarity with travel products, experience with activities, tours and transportation preferred
Must be willing to travel extensively within country between cities under the assigned territory.
Must be holding a valid passport and availability to travel if there is a travel requirement to head office in UAE
Strong communication skill (English and local language)
