Job Description

Looking for young dynamic business development executive for a company which is located in Lullanagar specialized in interiors. As a Business Development Manager, Corporate Interior Design Projects your responsibility includes Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, evaluate and implement new lucrative business propositions.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients
  • Set appointment / meeting between designer and new clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of New Client Acquisition, number of projects and value and build a robust pipeline of Business Leads
  • Be part of the Project Team at pitching stage and endeavor to bring the interaction to a positive closure
  • Ensure that client requirements are captured, understood, agreed and delivered in a manner which creates positive client perception by engaging in constant expectation setting with client organization at all levels required.
  • Understand the client requirements and ensure the same is understood accurately by consultants and the designs sent by consultants are in tandem with the brief.
Required Candidate profile
  • Any Bachelors degree or Degree in Architecture / Interior Design with 2 to 8 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the high end interiors industry
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, relationship-building, and business development activities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to bring in structure where missing
  • Knowledge & Experience in Large Corporate / Large Commercial Fit-Out Projects
  • Awareness in the latest trends and emerging technology in the field
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication
  • Computer literate (word processing, spreadsheets, project applications)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
  • Competitive and self-motivated
  • Willing to Travel Extensively
