Job DescriptionExcellent written/verbal communication skills. Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in lead generation function for IT Service companies not from BPO process. Primarily responsible for Lead generation and Appointment setting through cold calls to prospective clients across North America, UK, and Europe. Responsible for promoting/selling offshore based IT services and solutions. Fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured. Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers. Nurturing leads for presentations and demos. Active follow-up with prospects through phone and email. Consultative sales focus with cross selling approach. General understanding of the market customers & competitors. Maintain all activities in the CRM. Lead database creation and management if required. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills. Energetic, self-driven, quick learner and a good team player.
