* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) We will be setting up a seed structure to run UPI business. Business Heads responsibility will be to deliver Volume and Value targets. Team size will be scaled up in a phased manner. There is going to be a channel wise targets for transactions- Bill Pay EMI Payment P2P On-Us P2M Off-Us P2M etc To work along with Online & Offline acquiring teams and also with other issuance teams like PPI BBPS CC etc Interactions with acquiring teams to create customer sales promotions Instrument based offers through leading 3rd party Apps and Websites 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) All the challenges associated while setting up a new Business may or may not be there: UPI is a highly competitive space and BFL will be a new entrant Though we will be factoring cashbacks and discount through Promo Codes budgets it will not be infinite and profitability metrics needs to be managed. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) MVP creation for Native UPI modules Pricing based decisions GTM based decisions When to start expanding the team size 6. Hence financial goals will be quite large. It will be further expanded in a phased manner Number of Direct Reports: 3-4 Number of Indirect Reports: TBD Number of Outsourced employees: NA Number of locations: NA Number of products: NA , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 8-12 years of experience b) Work Experience Minimum 3-4 years of UPI business experience Strong domain knowledge of UPI Historical relationships with partners Candidates worked with NPCI, PhonePe, GooglePay etc will be preferred Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter
