The Lead Analyst provides high quality and meaningful analysis to stakeholders in a timely manner to address current and future business needs.They may perform project based analytical work for a specific business / function and manage other analysts. They build and leverage the analytical toolkit and research techniques to create new insights and deliver added value to stakeholders. They drive the development of best practice approaches and take responsibility for enhancing the quality of analytical outputs delivered to stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities are the following:The Experience Reporting & Analytics Team (ERA) will deliver a step change in proactive data management and analytics across End User Computing. Supporting the definition and control of End User Data Architecture together with automated reporting, self-service data provisioning and predictive analysis will establish ERA as the consulting partner of choice across EUC. ERA s tools and reports will be integrated into the daily work of our partners, delivered through the following workstream pillars:
