Job Description

Greetings for the day!!We are currently looking out for Customer Support Executives.(voice process/Non-Voice) in International/Domestic Call Centers for Customer service (Voice) , Collections Process, Sales, Retention and Semi Technical Process.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing outbound / inbound calls on timely manner
  • To follow communication script as per the process
  • To identify customers need and to inform the customers about the product details
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication- both verbal as well as non-verbal
  • Candidates should be 18+
  • Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
