Do you have a talent for understanding business requirements Are you rigorous in putting every application to the test before users work with them We re looking for someone like that who can help us: build testing frameworks and automated tests in Azure cloud identify opportunities in the team to improve processes and efficiencies apply BDD/Spec by Example to our deliverables analyze applications/requirements thoroughly and come up with ideas to automate some of the processes to make team efforts more efficient understand IT landscape and how data flows between different systems build and customize automation frameworks that will work in cloud (Azure) challenge existing and proposed processes, and collaborate with others to deliver high quality solutions work with agile delivery teams (Business Analysts & Software Engineers) and enable them to deliver automated tests and automation frameworks, integrated into our DevOps landscape following BDD approachYour teamYou will be working in the Credit Risk IT team in India (Mumbai or Pune) and will be required to liaise and coordinate work with teams in India, London, Zurich and US, mainly on strategic and regulatory projects. The team will drive the Automation strategy and process improvements., 9+ years of hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium, pytest, Behave and Cucumber experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch hands on experience on defining tests using BDD/Spec by Example practical knowledge of continuous automated software testing in Cloud (Azure) experience as a Software Engineer in Test or Software Engineer, developing and maintaining Automation Test Frameworks for technology landscape covering -Databases, API on Premise and Cloud automation architect mindset to build robust and scalable automation solutions to cover the IT landscape experience in using CI/CD tools like Teamcity / Jenkins / Gitlab knowledge and experience of working in Agile delivery methodologies, TDD & BDD a focus on Strategy and Process improvement within an Agile environment communication skills to work effectively with internal colleagues from development, business analysis and the business a track record of delivery in an enterprise scale organization, ideally within Financial ServicesTechnical skills: automation tools/framework : Cucumber ( Selenium) /Behave Azure or similar cloud technologies ETL testing in Azure : Bigdata /Databricks/Data Lakes languages: Python/Java ,SQL CI /CD : Gitlab/TeamCity/Jenkins Docker, Kubernetes, Azure and similar cloud technologiesNice to have: knowledge of Financial Services ideally Credit Risk (added advantage). knowledge/experience in PL/SQL, Oracle, Unix, Scala
