* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding of SME products and SFDC V2 Processes Strong system knowledge of SFDC V2 Pennant and Finnone Should closely monitor the KPIs Should be able to do the RCA of issues and challenges Should have solutioning approach for issue resolution Solutioning towards minimizing customer complaints Requirement submission Discussion with IT & stakeholders Receipt of UD & Sign Off IT UAT & Biz UAT completion & Sign off Sanity testing Go Live and sustenance Project Tracker and stakeholder management Stakeholder Management & Actionable Tracking Liaising with SME Product IT Service and Operations Team for driving the project and closing the actionable. , * Experience and Expertise Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree, 4-7 years experience in handling SME products Applicant should be well versed with lending system, MS office suite, Service aspects High degree of passion and self-belief Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. Should have good command over English language with good written and verbal communication Should possess the below skill sets: - Relationship Management skills, - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, - Negotiation Skills & influencing skills, - Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
