* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: Designing Campaigns: Responsible to drive EMI Card POD in B2B ecosystem Responsible for communicating partner offers to their acquired base Design and run daily offer & stimulation campaigns Create and monitor segments and micro-segments of data for effective campaigning Monitor the EMI Card funnel and identify opportunities to increase the active base Monitor campaign performance and business impact of campaigns executed Drive data backed decisioning for customer with respect to products processes offer strategies channel selection timing etc. Create methodologies to utilize sparse data to predict known use cases for marketing and risk Establish relationships between customer data events etc. to trigger marketing risk use cases Create and manage complex inferred variables - like share of wallet size of wallet propensity to buy (when where how) propensity to repay etc. Create solutions for managing marketing properties on wallet creating solutions to match marketing content to customers through various data tags Create metrics to evaluate performance of the solutions created processes optimized Conceptualize and develop long term capabilities to help deliver the business volumes Analyze data extensively and communicate findings to senior management Liaison with Risk Marketing Product and Data Science teams to ensure all deliveries are done on time , * Required Qualifications and Experience Post-graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Campaign/Program Management Experience in handling large volume of data and generating meaningful insights and actionable Experience in analytics projects in portfolio/risk management domain would be preferred Good understanding of SQL and related data structures. Python is an add on Exposure of developing analytical reports on Tableau/Power BI is preferred Total Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience
