Job Description

Desired Profile:

  • Appropriate qualification for working as a communication specialist with at least a bachelors degree.
  • Previous experience of communications work in commercial and/or development context would be beneficial.
  • Demonstrable media, computer and communication skills in working with a multi-disciplined and multi-cultural team.
  • Ability to use and work on various social media platforms.
  • Ability to use and work on design softwares and also well versed with video production process.
  • A good working knowledge of communication approaches for development sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
  • Analytical and strategic planning skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • The ability to present information and concepts clearly, verbally, visually and on paper.
  • Good written and spoken English and Marathi is essential.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • To develop and contribute to the creative development of communication products on work done by Primove& TBF.
  • Design, review, and manage content of Primove& TBF websites and social media platforms.
  • Design and develop Primove& TBF promotional material for different stakeholders.
  • Draft, conceptualise and execute communication outputs and products including documents for Primove& TBF.
  • Ensure designing and content writing support for all outputs and reports particularly for institutional partnerships and documentation.
  • Provide visual and written documentation, as required.
  • Contribute towards drafting, reporting, finalisation and design of Primove& TBF reports and documents.
  • Enhance and strengthen CVs of roster members and keep close coordination with them for continuing engagement and updating of roster.
  • Coordination and implementation of communication strategies to strengthen visibility and branding with multiple stakeholders.
  • To report regularly, verbally and in writing to the designated line manager.
