Job Description

Compensation & Benefits_ 4 to 6 years_ PuneJob Responsibilities

  • The job requires a highly self-driven and motivated individual in the role of a Comp Specialist with a go getter and continuous learning attitude
  • Specialized experience and willingness to work on MS Excel files, numbers, formulae, pivots for prolonged period of time
  • He/she will be responsible for providing monthly payroll inputs, creating compensation breakups for India, creating compensation letters, handling employee queries, maintaining compensation data in SAP HR management system and providing compensation fitments
Job Specification:
  • Responsible for creating monthly payroll inputs, providing data for surveys, creating compensation letters, handling employee queries on compensation
  • Work closely with C&B Team on providing salary fitments for employees travelling outside India and coming back to India
  • Knowledge of India Compensation Breakup, ensuring the Compensation structure is aligned with legal norms
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information
