Reporting to the project director, managing the complete planning management deliverables for the project. Responsible for the development of the schedule and subsequent management of consultants and contractors. Part of the senior management team in a client facing role. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising the requirements planning for the project delivery. Managing the development and delivery of the final set up plans. Supervising the sequencing and scheduling of works across multiple projects in a programme. Establishing and maintaining schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance. Preparing and reviewing proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations. Working closely with the client, sub consultants and main contractors. Reviewing the overall project status with the project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary. Demonstrating a clear, systematic approach to solving complex issues and communicates the solution in an effective, efficient, high level manner. Analysing and reporting on all scheduling, cost and change controls for this scheme in conjunction with the client. The requirements Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include: Major international project experience is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Indian languages are required. Qualifications A degree qualification is essential for client approval. Professional membership are an advantage but are not essential.,
