Bristlecone is part of the $20 billion Mahindra Group.ROLE - SAP APO DP and SNP LeadROLE DESCRIPTIONIBP Team Member Supply is responsible for Developing and Building successful implementations of SAP IBP in customer organizations.Liaising with Pre Sales Teams to build IBP Proof of concepts and Customer Demos.Assisting with building Assets and Accelerators within SAP IBP.No of Implementations should be At least 1 End to End IBP implementations not including Rollouts MandatoryTECHNICAL EXPERTISEGood level of understanding and expertise in SAP IBP for Supply.Ability to support Design workshops, prepare Business Blueprint documents.Ability to support User Acceptance testing and Business user training sessions, prepare test scripts and training materials.Ability to work on complex configuration scenarios, create planning areas, define key figure calculations, create planning view, application jobs, Dashboards and other set up required to build Supply module.Deep knowledge in SnOP Heuristic, Optimizer, Propagation heuristic algorithms. Good understanding of ECC Master data and Transaction data from planning standpoint.Basic understanding of SAP PP or SD.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEGraduate in Engineering, BE, BTechMandatory 5 Plus years of Supply Chain Planning Experience with at least 1 year in SAP IBP.Desirable Experience in SAP APO or other Planning solutions would be an added advantage.PROCESS KNOWLEDGE - Process understanding of Supply Planning technology agnostic.Expertise in atleast one industry eg, CPG, Chemical, Automotive, Life SciencesSOFT SKILLSExcellent communication skills, verbal as well as writtenPositive attitude with flexibility and maturity to work in a challenging client environmentAbility to drive project responsibilities in a dynamic and proactive mannerAbility to showcase three Mahindra RISE Pillars e.g. Accepting No Limits, Driving Positive Change and Alternative ThinkingInformation Security Responsibilities:Understand and adhere to Information Security policies, guidelines and procedure, practice them for protection of organizational data and Information System. Take part in information security training and act while handling information. Report all suspected security and policy breach to Infosec team or appropriate authority(CISO). Understand and adhere to the additional information security responsibilities as part of the assigned job role.,
