Job Description

    Plant Controller- Finance & Accounts ( Senior Manager/ Group Manager) Role :- Responsible for overall control of multiple Plant Operations in partnering with plant team- Review and preparation of Variable Cost & Overheads with variance analysis Vs Budget/Forecast/Last Month Actual - Facilitate preparation of annual budgets on cost, KPIs and overheads - Responsible for all general accounting activities in compliance the Clients Accounting Policy. - Preparation of financial statements and Plant Management reports. Responsible for coordinating the year-end audit requiring communication with Auditors and ensure accounts are audited on a timely manner and most efficiently- Manage treasury functions and coordinate with bank borrowing and Cash flows. - Provide leadership and support to finance staff located at various plants. Ensure maintenance of appropriate control environment and compliance with the companys operating policies and procedures - Control of the monthly reporting process, including ensuring accurate collection of business. - Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciliation reviewed on a regular basis and that outstanding balances are cleared on a timely basis.- Ensure high level of accounting hygiene through review of accounting. Support finance team for Vendor and Statutory reconciliations - Partnering purchase team for cost reduction projects and other commercial negotiations Preparations of all capex proposals and post review analysis Requirements : - 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in Plant Finance - Should have handled a plant finance role for end-to-end execution of Plant Finance & Controlling deliverables - Candidate should be well versed in Financial and Manufacturing Accounting,
