Job Description

Educational Qualification:Any graduate/post graduate (Preferably BBA/MBA)Work Experience:1+ years for customer success/support/care role for any D2C brandThis position would manage online orders from the website and any customer queries, complaints etc. through different channels like call, texts, WhatsApp or emails on behalf of the brand.Responsibilities include:

  • Communication with customers via different channels for COD order confirmation for orders
  • Answering customer queries, explaining products if need be
  • Handling platforms like Zoko, Shopify etc
  • Communication with customers via different channels for reviews for the products
  • Maintaining a log of orders/order management
  • Analysing order data
Other expectations:
  • Work from office (location - Pune) profile, no work from home.
  • Experience in handling communication for brands
  • Deep understanding and experience of Growing Young D2C Brands to scale (either within a larger organization or with a young one)
  • Good communication and sales skillset (dynamic personality, assertive approach, and convincing)
  • Good at relationship management
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Presentable and smart with a cheerful disposition
  • Good mail drafting skills
  • Maturity to lead and motivate self
  • Full proficiency for English, working proficiency for Hindi
  • Able enough to perform the basic calculation of margins, schemes, and productivity
  • Contribute to generating revenue for the company
