Candidate should support and coordinate various Supply Chain Customer Excellence Process and Performance, ERP Data Analytics topics including but not limited to:1. Work on Python based automations2. Perform deep dive data analysis and confirm the root cause of data discrepancies (if any) through Python3. Understand the Business domain and should be able to correlate it with the technical work and data analysis4. Develop and Publish high-standard, dynamic Power BI dashboard with the backend data being processed through Python librararies5. Develops impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and sharing those reports effectively using Microsoft Power Platform. These dashboards should be of a high visual quality (using standards for spacing, fonts, margins, colour pallet, flow, ordering).6. Aligning with the other Eaton Stakeholder groups with respect to Dashboard design and content, to ensure that the Dashboards and tools being developed meet the business needs / expectations.7. Researches and brings insight around what good looks like, for presenting data in the form of performance dashboards and business tools relating to ERP / transactional data and analytics.8. Uses Python as well as other tools to develop value business solutions that are not suitable for Power BI, including but not limited to: R, Excel, Cloudera.9. Prepares Prescriptive analytics toolkit using for all the Global teams for Forecasting / Segmentation / Modelling / Demand and Capacity etc.10. Working closely with other Business Groups within Eaton, including but not limited to: Material Master Data Management Team; Customer Master Data Management Team; Material Management Team; Product Data Stewards; IT Business Intelligence; IT; Supply Chain Shared Services in Pune (India) and outside India; Transport Operations: Distribution Operations; Sales and Marketing Analytics; etcQualifications BEBTechMtechMCA or any other Bachelor s degree or master s degree in Data Analytics, Business or equivalent work experience Understanding of and ability to use programming languages like Python and SQL (Structured Query Language) Knowledge of Supply Chain Management would be nice to have Displays superior data visualization abilities Displays superior technical coding abilities Knowledge of Power BI would be nice to have Knowledge of any of the ETL tools would be nice to have Sound knowledge of Python Knowledge of Cloudera would be nice to have Knowledge of different types of Databases (Relational, Graphic ) Strong Data Manipulation skills, working with large datasets Experience within large data environments (Cloudera, OBIEE, etc)We make what matters work.
