Moller - Maersk maintains a strong focus on career development, and strong team members regularly have broad possibilities to expand their skill set and impact in an environment characterized by change and continuous progressShow More Key responsibilitiesThe Delivery Lead is responsible for the overall leadership and driving the backlog while being accountable for design and development of the complex interoperability challenges using the Maersk central data platform, Maestro.Maestro provides rich data and analytical capabilities that are used by thousands of internal users and applications across an ecosystem of technologies.The Delivery Lead will partner with platform team to build secure, scalable APIs, interfaces, and web portal that allow for well-managed data access across the full organization. Thisinvolves working with architecture and technical leads for systems to allow for both legacy and modern interoperability in both a push (pub/sub) and pull method. It also includes standardizing a web portal interface allowing for access to the data and tools for a wide range of user archetypes from technical to analysts.Specific responsibilities include: Lead a team for 2 squads comprising Leads/Software engineers including design and technical mentorship. Ensure high-quality output from engineering team, including setting coding standards and practices. Partner with the Data platform Product Owner to create a product roadmap and execute through agile processes. Collaborate with Principal Architect and software delivery teams to prevent overlapping work and coordinate on interoperability requirements. Work with other product engineering teams to ensure a consistent software ecosystem. Assist in architectural design and make decisions around technology and implementation decisions. Able to conceptualize and able to implement the data stream ecosystems and drive requirements. Understand and able to solve canonical models, align across various product teams and get the common objects defined, responsible for plan and delivery.Show More We are looking forYou will serve as the Delivery Lead (General Manager) for Fleet & Strategic Brands reporting to Data LeadBASIC QUALIFICATIONS Deep experience with complex data systems and good instincts around data modelling and usage. Knowledge of data engineering technologies, architecture, and processes. Specifically, Azure Data Lake,Hadoop ecosystem, Kafka, and common third-party integration and orchestration tools. Good knowledge of any Cloud eco system Azure, AWS, GCP or Cloud Foundry Good knowledge of Big Data Ecosystem-Spark, Hadoop, Databricks Work with senior management and peers to develop practices which lead to the highest quality products and contribute transformation change within the cloud Experience building large scale data processing ecosystems with real time and batch style data as input using big data technologies Experience in any programming language like Java, Scala or Python. Exposure to agile methodology and proven ability to technically lead a team of engineers across geographies. Implement Data Quality,Data Governance on Azure Cloud ecosystem Good instincts around technical architecture, including metadata,Rest API Integrations,Data API and Solution design of NoSQL and File systems.
