The Challenges ahead This position ensures that all benchmarks are being met and reported accurately to the project teams and all other DELMIAWORKS stakeholders.Your key success factors
  • Delphi programming language using RAD Studio
  • Desktop application development
  • Relational databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.)
  • Version-control systems, preferably Git
  • Automated Software Testing
  • Security and related issues, solutions and technologies
  • Implementing new technologies
  • Performing impact analysis on new features and defect improvements
  • Test automation and scripting utilizing tools
Familiar with the following:
  • ERP and manufacturing systems
  • Working with PLCs, and various other hardware interfaces
  • Scrum or Agile software development methods
Job Responsibilities:
  • Run automated tests when necessary
  • Implement complex new features and fix defects
  • Create and maintain unit tests and help maintain automated tests
  • Remove development impediments
  • Creatively find ways to improve the software and code base
  • Be a proactive, self-motivating member of an agile team
  • Remove roadblocks and escalate risks
  • Serve as a leader and mentor to less-experienced engineers
  • Actively participate in design and code reviews
  • Identify ways to improve the department and share knowledge across teams (leagues, tech-talks, etc.)
  • Adhere to software quality and coding standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
