Ensure connect with associates working shop floor 2. Shop floor intelligence regarding union activities 3. Be part of ER strategy execution 4. Handling shop floor greviances alongwith Line Managers 5. Proactively provide continuous support & ensure welfare services on time. 7. Help ER Head to implement ER Policies 8. Roll out of Central ER Initiaves 9. Be active in associates enagement programs Be fair, firm and transparent in ER policies. 10. Ensure ER network and strong communication channels in the interest of Organization. 11. Monitor & Control Dept. Expenditure to ensure effective cost control within budgets by analyzing variances & taking corrective action 12. Help Time Office in routine activities 13. Ensure no grevainces from flexi workmen and their administration 14. Implement and monitor ER Initiatives for i) Employee engagement ii) Awareness creation on business scenario iii) Create sense of belonging through i) Open Forum ii) Periodic Communications iii) Quarterly Magazine 15. Ensure Systems and Processes for i) Adherence to MVML practices ii) Peaceful and Harmonious relations by i) Laying down systems and process ii) Continuously upgrade the implemented systems through internal audits iii) Make systems and process effective and efficient.Job RequirementsExperience (years)4-7 years Industry Preferred ManufacturingQualificationMBA HR , MPM or LLB.
