Job Description

    To coordinate with Manufacturing/Non-manufacturing teams (250+) and drive Rise i4 across MHEL. To facilitate all i4 and EtoT Chions for systemic drive to achieve mfg excellence. To drive Monthly Themes and implementing i4 ideas under given theme. To Train Associates, Team Leaders through monthly workshops. To track, verify and validate Ideas related to P, Q, C, D, S and M performance as per the stand ard for conducting validation. To conduct timely felicitation to associates and Team leaders. To conduct yearly Rise i4 Competition art Plant level and shortlist best kaizen for Sector Level. To adhere to the timeline of Central Team and ensure the same art Plant Level. To conduct and drive Jagruti art Plant level. Conduction of Jagruti Competition art Plant Level as per timeline by Central Team. Formulation and conduction of Jagruti for Team Leaders and Officers. Felicitation of Jagruti winners art Plant level as per timeline. To coordinate for external Competitions for QCFI and CII as a part of Employee Involvement and engagement. To maintain and publish MIS for the department. To organize QC Story Competition quarterly and convert the best QC Stories into 10 Step Methodology. Implementation of improvement themes under OTPM using Makigami analysis.
