* Duties and Responsibilities - Own Business Rule engine implementation enhancements & maintenance for EMI Cards and Payments businesses. Own end to end Policy/Process/System implementation monitoring and compliance across EMI Card touch points for Risk ATOS SFDC Portal Finnone Wallet BRE Datamart etc. Lead all tech/process related capabilities projects and innovations for EMI Card & Payments Risk across acquisition transaction portfolio management etc. and its timely delivery. Responsible for defining designing and implementing solutions for all Risk requirements with respect to systems and processes for CD Digital LSF LCF REMI ECOM Wallet and any other new payment businesses. Drive effective risk policies and strategies creation basis system fitment on entire Customer Life cycle of EMI Card. Own various monitoring and controls across Acquisition Authorisation and Portfolio journey. Play a critical role in supporting rapid business expansion with appropriate system controls and flexibilities to manage increasing complexities across different product lines. Specifically this will require a strong orientation of adopting new capabilities platforms and innovations. Liaison with stakeholders and partners for effective design and implementation of business and risk processes and capabilities on relevant platforms and associated systems. Need to display high execution abilities. Extensive engagement with Technology Risk Product Business Fraud Operations Analytics Business Intelligence teams and external partners vendors. , * Post graduate with 10+ years of experience in techno-functional and project management roles. Should have worked and implemented tech infra projects preferably in Cards and Payments Experience in different lending and Card authorization platforms, systems and associated rule engines Strong exposure and understanding of credit processes and products in Consumer Lending and Credit Cards Demonstrated learning agility and ability to deliver results in a complex and evolving environment Thought leadership, influencing skills, stakeholder and people management abilities Should have strong Business Orientation, Inter-personal skills and should be articulate
